From Narita Airport or Haneda Airport to Sendai Station

If you are arriving at Narita Airport (NRT) or Haneda Airport (HND), please first travel to JR Tokyo Station.

From Narita Airport, take the Narita Express (N'EX) to Tokyo Station.
From Haneda Airport, take the Tokyo Monorail or other available rail services to central Tokyo, then proceed to Tokyo Station.

From JR Tokyo Station, take the Tohoku Shinkansen to Sendai Station.

Available services include:

Hayabusa: approximately 90 minutes (all seats are reserved)
Yamabiko: approximately 120 minutes

As Sunday, 1 November, is expected to be a busy travel day, we strongly recommend making your train reservation in advance through the official JR East online reservation system.

From Sendai Station to the Venue

After arriving at Sendai Station, please take the Sendai Subway Tozai Line.
The conference venue, Sendai International Center, is approximately 5 minutes from Sendai Station by subway.

Hotel information

⚠️ Important: Book Your Hotel Early!
A major event in Sendai (Nov 6–8, 2026) will make hotels extremely limited. Please secure your room as soon as possible.
For Industrial Tour Participants: If Sendai hotels are fully booked on Nov 5 and 6, please consider traveling to Tokyo via Shinkansen to stay overnight.
