Thank you for your interest in participating in our conference！
Please note that all speakers are required to complete registration.
We kindly ask you to register early for lunch, the banquet, and the industrial tours.
Please note that registration for industrial tours will close once the capacity for each course has been reached.

Registration Deadlines

■Registration Fees (11/1-4)

• On-site registration is available, but we kindly ask that you register in advance whenever possible.
  Please note that we cannot accept cancellations or issue refunds after October 1.
• Participation in the banquet, lunch, industrial tours, and short courses requires an additional fee.
  (Short Course registration will open once the program is finalized.)
• Please make payment in Japanese yen (JPY).
• All registrations must be completed online via the registration system. Please keep your login ID and password for future reference.
• Payment must be made by credit card only. Please complete your payment by the designated deadline.
• If you need to cancel due to unavoidable circumstances, please contact the secretariat:
