Please be sure to read the following Terms of Use before applying to use the childcare room.
This service is available to healthy children aged 6 months to 6th grade whose parents or guardians are participants in “Lead-Zinc 2026.”
*Capacity: 5 children per day
*Please note that registration will close once capacity is reached.
Sunday, November 1, 2026: Opens at 10:00 AM – Closes at 6:00 PM
Monday, November 2, 2026: Opens at 9:00 AM – Closes at 6:00 PM
Tuesday, November 3, 2026: Opens at 9:00 AM – Closes at 6:00 PM
Wednesday, November 4, 2026: Opens at 9:00 AM – Closes at 5:00 PM
Sendai International Center (Aobayama, Aoba-ku, Sendai City, 980-0856; no specific address)
Per day: 5,000 yen (excluding tax) per child *The same fee applies even for short-term use
Fees must be paid in advance at the childcare room before drop-off. Please have the exact amount ready.

Please note that a separate cancellation fee will apply for cancellations made after the deadline.

• As a general rule, the same person who dropped off the child must pick them up.
• If someone other than the person who dropped off the child will be picking them up, please notify us in advance.
Please have the following items, necessary for childcare, prepared by the parent or guardian and handed over to the sitter on the day of the event.
• Lunch (For hygiene reasons, we recommend convenience store bread, rice balls, etc.) and snacks
• Drinks (tea, juice, etc.—what your child usually drinks at home)
• *If your child needs to drink formula during childcare, please also bring hot water for preparing it. • (If needed) Disposable diapers, trash bags, and disposable wipes
• Bath towel (if a nap is needed; towels are also available in the childcare room)
• Change of clothes, toys (If your child has a favorite toy, they may bring it)
In the event of an accident or other incident, coverage is provided within the limits of the Aioi Insurance policy held by the General Incorporated Association Nikoni-ko Support.
Please be aware that the Secretariat of the General Incorporated Association of the Society of Resources and Materials assumes no liability whatsoever.
Personal information provided will not be used for any purpose other than the smooth operation of the childcare service. Furthermore, we will exercise the utmost care in handling this information and ensure its security.
