Poster Abstract Submission

Call for Poster Abstracts

We welcome submissions from researchers, practitioners, policymakers, international organizations, NGOs, the private sector, and other stakeholders working in disaster risk reduction, science, technology, and innovation.

Poster abstracts should be relevant to one of the Technical Sessions (TS 1~9) of APSTCDRR 2027. Please select the most relevant Technical Session when submitting your abstract.

• 3: Public health and Science, Technology and Innovation (STI)
• 4: Localization and Inclusive STI
• 5: Systemic, Cascading and Compound Risk and STI
• 6: Climate Chang, Cities and STI
• 7: Youth, Young Entrepreneurship, and STI
• 8: Resilient Infrastructure and STI
• 9: Science and Disaster Risk Communication

Submission deadline: 31 October 2026

Important Information

• Abstracts must be no more than 300 words.
• Abstracts must be submitted as a PDF file.
• There is no registration fee.
• No financial support is available for poster presenters. Presenters are responsible for their own travel and accommodation expenses.

Selected applicants will be notified by mid-November 2026.
